You're the one that was asking what it could be, he just stated what it could be. But most likely I'd say over heating, or try messing with your FSB and multiplier.

Perhaps something is getting way to hot ? Does this happen only with unreal ? can you try with lower 3d settings (ie less AA and AF) ?

PS: do you have the latest catalyst drivers installed ?

yes see what happens on lower settings where it uses less power and therefore generates less heat, if it persists, see if it happens on other games, if it does that most likely is overheating

you can get motherboard monitor 5 to run alonside prime 95 and see the temperatures ass the CPU is ued 100% . Like right now I am using prime 95 to see if my overclock was sucessful.

guys thanx alot for all the help. i will try lowering the 3d settings to low .. i am not that good with computers. my friend builted this machine for me.. told me it was good for the price i payed.. so i will tell him what u told me to mess around with the FSB settings..

Is your computer overclocked at all ? If not (running stock speeds) then you dont need to tuch the FSB. I bet its something that has to do with your video card. Go to www.ati.com click on drivers and get the 3.10 catalysts, play unreal and post back if it restarts on you.
