Hi, I have a pretty strange problem... ever since I've moved to the dorm, my computer random boots itself after I shut it down. I upgraded parts about three weeks ago, but I didn't have any problems with it during my two weeks at home.

I've ran a virus scan, nothing came up.
Wake on Lan is disabled in Bios
I don't have any programs that would/could restart the computer.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated... thanks in advance!

There might be a setting in the BIOS that is set to power on the machine. I saw it in a BIOS for an Asus board once. It was separate from the Wake On LAN setting. How long does it take for your computer to boot itself after you shut it down?
