Online poker only, my friend is home for the summer from school and left his desktop at school.

$400ish for the computer. Monitor isn't included in price.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
Basically everything; Case, cpu, mobo, ram, psu, hard drive, gpu, monitor.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Only the keyboard and mouse will be reused.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
24" at least since he plays multiple tables at once.
