computer on 24/7?? PSU limit

hi, i have a old computer a 500mhz amd, 256 ram and it is running windows. i am thinking, if i should make it a Counter strike server? will this computer be able to handle it?
it has a 40gb hd. and the psu is a 145watt, i have 2hard drives. (40gb,20gb 7200) 2 case fans, 2 cd drives, and 2 stick ram, is this a big load for the psu?
if so tell me please. thank you for your help./
 
If it's going to be a server, remove a cd drive and a hardrive, maybe a fan too, that'll lighten the load....But the PSU does seem kinda weak. Do they even make anything lower than 200watts anymore?

1 x 16x Samsung burner
1 x 160GB Maxtor
1 x 80GB WD SE
1 x 40GB Maxtor 7200rpm
1 x 30GB Samsung 5400rpm
2 x IDE controler cards
1 x SB Live X-Gamer
1 x 3Com 3c905b NIC
1 case fan

the only sign if load I'm having is the 12v rail is always down to 11.7 or 11.6 volts. This is fine however as ATX spec goes down to 11.5 volts...5 percent.

And she runs decently cool to boot!
