Computer not Booting

greetings all. I have a ab9 Pro mobo, My computer hasnt been booting up normal....in order get my computer to boot, i always have to clear my cmos. *taking off the jumper putting it back on* then it starts up. I still get power either way but if i dont clear the cmos, my motherboard gives me a post code 2A....unlessss i clear teh cmos...any help is greatly appreciated. thx
