Ok, here's the specs:

Q6600
Corsair HX520W PSU
8800GT
Gigabyte DSR2 Mobo
2x750 GB WD HDDs (raid 0)
Sony DVD drive

Computer worked for about two years. Now, it does not even post, but ALL the fans (psu fan, cpu fan, gpu fan) work. This made me believe it was either a cpu or mobo issue. Ordered a new Q6600 and Gigabyte G31M mobo and still does not post. Now I'm thinking it's the power supply. Any advice?

Thanks a bunch,

-Juce

take a psu out of another system and throw it in there.. even if its a cheap 250w psu.. just unplug the extra hard drives and optical drives.. as long as it gets into the bios then you know its the psu.. but if you replaced the processor and motherboard.. then id say its the psu..

Thanks for the reply. Turns out one of the sticks of ram went bad. Very weird. Figured it would at least post with bad ram but it turns out it wouldnt (must have been very dead). Anyway, thanks for the help,

-Juce

no, if the rams bad it wouldnt post at all or will give a beep code on boot.. should of figured that but hoped maybe you had already checked it..
