I've got two Nova Corsairs running in Raid 0. Been running fine for almost a year until the last few days when I leave it alone for 3+ hours it locks up. No message, nothing. runs fine as long as I'm active on it. No screensavers or power savers on.

I rebooted on my older 15k Seagate drives also with win 7, no lockup overnight so its either software on the other instance or the SSDs

Any tricks/tips to narrow the search? Don't really want to reload the OS unless I have to.

Anything shows up in Event Viewer?
Check to see if Corsair has some sort of error or fault finder for their SSDs.
