So I have a problem, and I can't seem to fix it. My computer keeps BSODing on me. Now the problem only seems to happen when im straining the computer. If im downloading torrents and i try and multi-task it'll happen. Or if im burning a cd/dvd, if im in photoshop and doing a lot of other thing at once. The PC BSOD's. I've alrready replaced the memory with new memory and i've tried fixing the pagefile as per Microsofts fixes, but its still doing it. Can anybody help me out? My specs and a picutre of the BSOD are below:

Asus P4S800 Motherboard
Intel P4 3.0E Ghz CPU
(2) 512MB sticks of PC3200 DDR Ram (Crucial and now im trying Kingston)
250GB WD Hard Drive (main)
100GB Intel Hard Drive (2nd)
SoundBlaster Live Value! Sound Card

Hey what have you done trying to fix it?
0. can you load the safe mode? do a virus check or anyhting?
1. did you install any hardware or software before shit happened?
2. have you ever run memtest on your new mem module ?
2.1 run memtest and virus check when booting from the floppy
3. something may be overheating it could be the proc, the mobo, the gfx card or all of them
so check the ventilation, do dusting, check the heat sink/TP (it may come loose).
4. pop in your OS cd and do a fix run.
5. reformat the drive if nothing else works.

looks like a bad stick of memory to me

i had the same problem and it was my memory

It could be your nic card driver, is it a PCI or onboard?

Update all your drivers including chipset.
