computer just restarts

ok my gf computer doing any 3d gaming ut2k4 lineage, horizons ut2k3 you get the idea.

just locks up and then resets itstelf. here specs
2700
epox 8rda+
512 kingston
audigy
9700 pro.
i've replaced the powersuplly thinking it was the problem. i've tested the viedo card in my machine and put my 9800 pro in hers still does the same thing. going to test ram but i really doubt it.

so could it be a faulty motherboard?
i have latest drivers direct x bios etc. i've tried differetn mice keyboards and am testing new ram as we speak.

any other idea??
 
mine did that.. it was 1 stupid ass setting on the 2nd page of the bios.. it was like fast agp writes or something.. and on my older machine it was use ram @ 100MHz instead of 133MHz.. RTAWWWAR!!! anyways.. try it out

hehe took me forevrer to find out how to disable them... I couldn't do it in the BIOS, or the nvidia driver.
 
forgot to mention het its only about 45c under load

tried the bios setttings same things
 
First, if she's running 2000 or XP, disable automatic reboots.

Second, and I have no idea why it hasn't been suggested yet, go to the Event Viewer and find out what driver, or app crapped, and caused it to happen.
 
think i found my problem.

it wont run with the kingston hyperx 3500 but will run withmy corsari 3200ll

seem the kingston dont sit snugg in the memory slot anymore.
