Computer Freezes..... need help

I just finished my build. Specs are in my sig. However, it seems that about 1/4-1/2 the time it freezes while booting. I included a pic of where it freezes. Any idea what this could be? This occurs on a fresh install of windows 7.

Could be a number is things could be a memory issue, a Hard drive issue, CPU could be getting too hot. I would get the ultimate boot CD and run diagnostics on both memory and your hard drive. That would be where I would start.
