Computer entering boot loop

Hey guys,

My system had a stick of RAM replaced after the previous one wasn't working. I decided to get a new stick, but my computer started to enter a boot loop once I installed it, and a GPU. I even tried the old stick of RAM and it did not work either. Still a boot loop. Motherboard screws seem to be fine.

here is my system build:

i5-6400
Gigabyte GA H110M motherboard
Kingston Fury DDR4-2400 8 gb of RAM
WD Caviar Blue 1 terabyte hard drive
Gigabyte G1 gtx 960 4gb card.

If anything else is important, please tell me to list another part. I believe that there are two beeps from the motherboard but it may be the vibration from the HDD.

So the addition of the guy is new as well?
What was doing video duties prior to?
How far does it go before reboot?
 
Did you try removing the GPU and trying the iGPU again to see if it persists?

Boots into windows for 20 seconds or just bios/windows loading?

I concur on the trying without the gpu. If it turns out that it's the gpu it could be a few things.
Try booting into safe mode and run CCleaner to remove old drivers and install the new.
If that doesn't help, make sure you have the external power cable is connected.
Lots more things to try but try booting without the new gpu first before we go much further.

Problem is still the same without the GPU. The monitor just says "No Signal" It just turns off, then on again, with no signal to the monitor.
 
Check seating of ram and try and find a way to get post codes (speaker or lcds on your board maybe). Sounds like it can't find an essential piece of hardware like cpu or ram.
