I purchased some 1GBx2 Corsair XMS PC3200 from newegg and my computer refuses to send signal to the monitor.

AMD Athlon 2500+
Abit NF7-S V2
Antec True380 Powersupply
ATI Radeon X800GTO
Windows XP

I tested both sticks in every slot with no dice. Could they have just sent me two bad sticks?

By both sticks you mean one at a time right? And the old RAM you had allows the system to post fine correct?

Possibly bad sticks. Does your old memory still work? Are you using latest drivers/bios?

Yeah one at a time. The old RAM (Mushkin PC3200) allows it to work fine.

Ooooh, good point. I'll look into that.

If the bios update doesn't do it I'd try flashing the bios and pulling the battery. It does seem kind of odd though that either of the sticks are not working.
