Computer displaying reddish hue...

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 630 and the computer displays a reddish hue sometimes. It will work perfectly, then minutes later have the color issue. I called tech support and they told me to re-seat the video card. That worked for about a day and then the problem cropped up again. I tried different monitors and different DVI cables and the problem persists... I just want to know if it could be the motherboard, or the video card that would do this? I have built numerous computers and haven't had these issues before, so I don't know what to think. Any help would be appreciated. :confused:
 
You could try running with the side cover removed with a fan blowing across the card.
If it clears it up, it's more than likely a heat issue.

It would be a good time to use compressed air to clean out the dust. Be sure to hit the PSU also.
 
Video card. I am betting that one of the solder connections on the DVI port is bad.
