I was playing Bad Company 2 earlier and as I was entering a server my monitor went blank. The computer didn't shut off though. I tried restarting, to no avail, it won't even POST Is there any chance my video card just died? I have no idea where to start troubleshooting :(

Any advice appreciated in advance
 
Post your full specs. Does the monitor work with another device?

Have you tried running the monitor using the onboard GPU (without the video card being connected to the motherboard)?
 
If the monitor worked with the onboard video, then... possibly?

Have you tried using the video card in another system?
