I've never seen those at Ikea, except for the owner posting it in the Ikea Jerker thread. Why not PM the owner and ask for details?

If you're looking for the double/single deck desks like those posted in the same thread; they're typically good, reliable and solid appliances for $99 and up, possibly cheaper.

Look at http://www.ikea-usa.com/ for their current models.

This is the one I called double decker, and personally have; and seems most popular.

Got one of these in the living room , definately got it from ikea like 18 months ago , can't remember what make it was tho - -might have been jerker , was about £170 and FYI the keyboard pull out is a pain
 
I got one of these at Office Depot in December, this exact on.
