computer causing interference

I was looking through some huge pictures I took today of the sky. As the pictures loaded, I could hear interference in the radio. In fact whenever I load something I can hear interference with the radio. My computer audio is hooked up to a receiver. The receiver was set to tuner at the time. My hard drives are SATA.

Something I should be worried about?
Need more information?
