complete uninstalls

Anyone know of a program that will monitor EVERY registry entry made or modified, file added or modified during the installation of a program so that when the program is uninstalled, it uninstalls EVERYTHING that was monitored when installed. No leftover ressidual entries or files

It doesn't exist. jv16 PowerTools comes close, but things like license expiration dates remain.
