Complete EAC Reset (and Drive Recognition problem)

I was using EAC earlier today when it froze up when I inserted a CD. Now when I open EAC it only recognizes one dirve, which is a virtual drive, and doesn't recognize my CD-RW or DVD-ROM drives.

I wanted to try a complete reset of EAC's preferences, so I downloaded a new copy, but when I load it up, the new copy automatically reverts to the old EAC's preferences. Any ideas of how to complete erase EAC?
 
Fixed the problem, I had to reconfigure the Use of SCSI interface from "external ASPI interface" to "Native Win32 interface"
