Compatible?

So I'm just wondering if this setup is compatible:

Barebone:Shuttle XPC
CPU:2800+ s754
HDD: WD 160gb
Ram: Rosewill 512mb pc3200

As for the graphics card, I'll probably just stick my mx440 in there for the time being. I'm probably gonna build this during august, so hopefully new technology will drop the prices, even though all this costs around $800 (only because of the 19in. LCD )

What I'm having trouble is deciding on a mouse and keyboard. I really want the mx510, but I do want a wireless mouse. But I don't see a reason to spend more than 100 bucks altogether. I just love my microsoft optical desktop.... (but I'm giving it away).

As far as I can tell everything looks compatible.

I'm not familiar with Rosewill, but I am familiar with Mushkin and they are excellent quality. I have been burned too many times with cheap ram, it just isn't worth the $10 you save.
