CPU i7-2600K

I do not overclock. Is this the memory I want?

Does the ZOTAC have the PnP setting in the bios to take advantage of this memory and therefore, justify the extra cost? Or will I be fine and have a stable system if I purchase

The first RAM selection (PnP) is 1.5v the second cheaper alternative is 1.65v
Does this matter to the board? Stability is more important to me than performance in a new build. I experiment down the road.
Or is there a proper alternative I have overlooked?
Perhaps I should choose the stock standard 1333
