I have the below drive and am thinking of buying the second link below which I can get for $100 NIB. I'm thinking of running the drives in RAID 0. The write speeds are 90/70 Mbps for the: X25-M/Intel 320 Series. I've seen other drives that have a write speeds of 260Mbps on SATA II which is greater than the combined write speeds of the two intel drives in a RAID 0 array.

I'm wondering if this drive isn't a better choice if I am trying to get more performance and greater capacity. I don't need the 160GB of the RAID 0 and I would prefer not having to do software RAID 0 anyway. For only $20 more than what I'm paying for the 80GB drive, is this a no brainer?
