Compaq Rackmount vs. Standard Rackmount...?

Is there any way to get an old compaq server to mount on a standard 19" rack? The widths seem right, but the built-in screws (read: not easily removeable) seem to be too large (diameter-wise). I tried googling for about 1/2 hour, but as compaq got eaten up by HP, there's really too much garbage out there for me to try to sift through. Plus, [H] always has people who know wtf they're talking about! :D

Edit: Or am I just retarded and they are, in fact, compatible?
 
I haven't seen them myself, but if the screws are too large, just cut them off(dremel, flamethrower, whatever) and put some that are the right size in there. I'm going to guess it's well out of warrenty by this point anyways.

As far as all the garbage you ran into, that was true even when Compaq was it's own company. I remember trying to find specs on this POS Compaq I got for free from where I used to work, and it took me several hours to hunt down the specs for it. Best of luck.

Hey, thanks for the response! I kinda figured it would be a hack-job, but I thought it best to ask here first. I can't stand Compaq normally, but this dual p1 200 has been up & running as my mail server for, let's see... 3627 hours, and has been rebooted only for software updates (NT4)
