Compaq presario PSU Replace Friendly?

I have to fix somebodys compaq and need to replace a power supply.

and the origional power supply uses diffrent color wiring then regular power supplys for the 20-pin plug to the motherboard. I'm just curious if it is the same wire arrangement and safe to use a diffrent power supply.
