Hi
I have a Magellan Roadmate navigation unit in my car (don't buy them!)
It runs on CF cards, and these cards need to be authorized. Of course you have to buy your authorization codes from them. I'm looking for information on how this whole CF card authorization thing works. I've heard that other products use it too. Does each brand makeup its own thing or, is there some sort of authorization option built into flash cards? I wanna know how this mess works, if you know anything, let me know.
