Compact Flash MP3 Player

First off I don't know if this is the right section for this, but I couldn't find a better one.

Anyone have any suggestions for a MP3 player that takes Compact Flash that is easily removable? I want to get my wife an MP3 player for her workouts, she is still living off of tape dubbing. She isn't very tech savy, but knows how to use Itunes, and I have a few extra 256 Compact Flash disks laying around. I realize I could get her a shuffle, but I was curious if there was anything good out there that took CF.

Any suggestions appreciated.
