I'd like to be able to load up a CF card with MP3s and then put it in my car dash to listen to music and books from Audible.com. Does such a thing exist?

What's currently the best way to move MP3s from the PC to the car? An unabridged book of 14 MB takes up 11-12 CDs and that's just pain.

There is no way that I know of to us CF.

Have you considered mp3cd?

Get an mp3 CD player (car headunit or portable) or a flash portable and a headunit with a line in or a casette adapter.

Or you could buy a radio broadcasting attachment and hook up whatever portable you like and play your stuff through the radio. Any car headunit with a flash slot is likely going to be exhorbitantly expensive relative to other solutions.
