it wont post, so i got a new hard drive, didnt post either, kept turing it off then on again to see if it would, then it did post, and i formatted it with all drivers for everything, but then internet wouldnt work, then get mad and turn it off for bed, came home today, turned it on, no internet,checked connections for everything, still wont fucking post.

motherboard problem?

Question: If you came home, turned it on, and were able to check the internet connectivity on the machine it had to post?

Either way, I would swap out the PSU first.

lol dont mind the "no internet" part.

wait a sec, before i swap psu, could i take out my video card and other things not needed to post? wouldnt it save power? so it could post?

If your PSU is just grossly low like 150V it could be the issue. What PSU are you using? If you do what you mention above and it works then you know you have a psu that is not giving enough POWAR to the computer. I would just swap it out IF you have a spare..but if you dont....pull what you dont need and give it a shot.
 
i have a 300watt psu, but i had to "dumb" (use lower volts or whatever) down my proc. so i would have enough power to turn it on. maybe thats why.
