comp won't detect my mobo's network

hi guys,

I had left my house for 2 days and turned my computer off before I left and everything was fine. When I came back I had no network connections in my network places and suddenly when I try to create a home office network it tells that the hardware isnt recognized..

so its telling me I dont have a network card and i reinstalled my mobo's card and it still wont detect my shit..

i put in a wireless card just to check and see and it worked fine.. can someone help me get my regular internet back and running!
 
also, it wouldnt show any network adapters in system devices and i dont know why :(
 
Could have gone bad. It happens. If you have reinstalled the driver and still get nothing, but you can use other cards, I would say the NIC went bad
