anyone here know to set set it where i can enable myself to edit registry keys, its disabled right now, it says Registry editing has been disabled by yoyur administrator, how do i get it to enable

Log in to the computer as administrator.

Is this your pc?
 
So if you go to the Control Panel and then Users, it says under your name Computer Administrator? Also have you been messing with the group policy by chance (gpedit)?
