I dont know if this has been suggested before (i think i vaguely remember seeing it somewhere) but would it be practical to have a list of frequently asked questions stickied here. It would contain some of the most common questions like "I've been a n00bie forever when do i get a better title?" and similar questions that are asked over and over. I think that most of the content should be targeted for n00bie type questions that appear quite often here. Is this practical? has this ever been tried before? Would it work?
