i have recently puchased the following system and was wondering if you have any concerns or comments about it.

Maybe dump the soundcard? I think onboard sound is pretty good on most current motherboards, isnt it? I need some backup on my statement.
 
I think onboard sound is good enough to dump the audigy SE, but thats just me. Try it for yourself and see. Otherwise, the system looks fine.

Looks good. Onboard is better than the old Soundblaster Lives, and about on par with Audigy.
