I am getting ready to build a new system and was wanting some criticism since I am new to Intel. Thanks for any comments. Oh, I do not plan on doing any overclocking.

Yeah, the rig in your sig looks pretty bad. I'd go for a new build too. Start with a Celeron 2.0 w/128kb cache and go from there.
