Commandline DVD burner?

I did some searching and didn't find anything that really matched what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of a Free/Open Source CD/DVD burning app that can burn data DVDs from a command line? This is close, but only supports DVDs under server 2003. This is almost exactly what I'm looking for but isn't free. And finally, this will supposedly work, but from looking at it, I have no idea how to make it work under WinXP. (If anyone can shed light on the latter, please let me know.)

Any ideas?

 
It's a start. The burning app will work just fine assuming I can find an ISO creation utility to go with it. From the research that I've done so far, makeisofs has some problems creating iso's larger than 1GB, but I'n not played with it myself. Haven't found any alternatives yet, and even this one you have to either compile yourself, or use an old version on someone's unauthorized mirror (as linked from your link).
