Command & Conquer 3 Resolution issue

Hi i just got C&C3 and it runs fine but i cant select 1280x1024 (native res for my screen). the only options i have are 800x600, 1280x768 and 1280x 720.

i have been getting this problem in other games but i just thought that was cause they where free/cheap games.

can someone please help me resolve this issue.

display adapter is a radeon x1800gto

i think i have been getting this problem since conecting my 720p tv.

I could be wrong here, but your 720p TV should have a native resolution of 1280x720.

Exactly. It may have a "monitor" mode, but it will default back to 720 for gaming.

Sorry i should of said that im using a 19" lcd as my monitor i just connect the tv when im watching a video or something.
