I for one can't wait to see the normal [H] match up. You know, the one where they take actual gameplay speeds using FRAPS, to show you things like MINIMUM framerates, etc. What is better? A card that can do 150fps but drops to 20 at times, or a card that can do 100fps but never drops below 45fps? I think I know my answer to that one.... :p

Those long demos don't really show things like that as the time allows the averages to even out....but what good is the average when a heavy action scenes runs in the 20's....

Very true.. But then again CPU limitation won't give most of us a real idea of how the game will run if they continue using AMD FX or the top end 64 systems. I think in this case they need to do CPU scaling as well using those same benchmarks.

But once your used to their method of benchmarking, it's hard to look at the generic timedemos as the true measure of performance.

Oh and by the way awesome overclock, I wish my board had a pci/agp lock, I can't even run HL2 without BSOD's with my system 5% overclocked.

Yep, not many people have FX53's....

Speaking of which, thanks for the overclock praise, that pci/agp lock is the bomb!

I want to run my benches again at stock 2ghz just to see....
