Comcast IPv6 Trials

Did any one sign up for this? I searched but didn't find any topics regarding this.

I received my "ipv6" router yesterday which was a linksys WRT160NL running openWRT. Just waiting for comcast to send over the 6rd packets to enable native ipv6 in the router since the packets will be transparent to the modem. I guess its good to future proof now.

Thoughts or any one else signed up?

The most important feature of IPv6 is a much larger address space than that of IPv4: addresses in IPv6 are 128 bits long, compared to 32-bit addresses in IPv4.

As of right now a static ip and comcast trial users will experience a increase in bandwidth...
In the future? not running out of ip's

Not running out of IP's is a good enough experience for me.

Hmm... its used to be on the comcast6 home page.. They might of closed entrance into the trial as I think they have 6-7 thousand people that signed up for it.
