Comcast email on iphone?

We have comcast as ISP and wife used to be able to get Comcast emails on her iphone. Just recently they stopped loading. I tried uninstall/reinstall emails, changing ports, etc. I don't use iphone, so looking for any help to get the emails back on the iphone. Any suggestions?
 
I get my comcast emails through my phones web browser. that should work on the iphone.
 
So you open a browser on your phone, the log into comcast.net through that? I do that on my desktop, but getting Comcast emails through Outlook on my phone mostly works. I get asked once a month or so to reinput my PW - not sure what that is about, but it does work. Not sure what the beef between Apple and Comcast is about.
 
have you tried contacting comcast? maybe they dropped pop support or something like that.

Yes, open the browser, go to the comcast site, login and check emails.
