Comcast and RCN compatible cable modem suggestion

Hi Everyone, I want to buy a cable modem that I can use with comcast and RCN. Because these companies only provide 1 year of discounted rates, I find myself switching. It would be nice to have DOCSIS 3.0 support but isn't necessary for my purposes. Whatever delivers the best speed, I'm not much for bells and whistles and don't mind putting in a couple of extra bucks for sold speed!
 
For Comcast? I absolutely endorse the Motorola SB6120. DOCSIS 3.0 and always more speed than advertised.
In both locations that I have lived in the past two years, I have paid for a 12mb/s down, 3mb/s up package, but my speeds have always been 23+ down, 4-5 up.
 
Thanks. I am looking at SB6121 right now and it looks like the right choice.
