Combine hard drive activity LEDs?

Those of you with more than one hard drive controller...what do you do about the activity light? I know some cases have 2 or more LEDs for this, but mine doesn't. I'm sure people make their own LEDs for their cases, but how could I combine the 2 to one LED ?
