Combination Bluetooth+WiFi PCI card

Does one exist? I've seen references to something by MSI but it's not available anywhere. Anyone know of anything that combines WiFi for a desktop with Bluetooth?

Dell Laptops (Atleast the D Series Latitudes) have integrated Wifi+Bluetooth. Don't think thats what your after though.
