Hello Everyone, How are you all doing?
I have a quick question; Because I'm stumped which is somewhat rare in occurance.
Since Wens. at 2PM, Which was when I uninstalled our corporate Trend Micro Client/Server Security Messaging Suite, V3.6, I have been receiveing the (Included Image) related errors.
As you can plainly see, The errors occur so much that the Application Log fills up every few hours, Either that or the server runs out of memory and stops responding (IE: Connected users can't save their files, Although SQL-related Microsoft NaVision doesn't seem to be affected.) Also, in this locked up state I can't even log into a Terminal or Local login session without receiving registry/memory related errors that punt me back to the login screen. All of this is resolved after a reboot, however.
The errors seem to be related to IIS/COM+, Although I'm not sure.
I tried reinstalling the 3.6 Trend Micro server package just in hopes of a quick fix, But even that won't happen. It doesn't even let me open the executable without tossing an error related to the program being in a partial state of install/uninstallation.
This server, Although is somewhat old, I am in the process of transfering over to a new Server 2008 64-bit machine with SQL Server 2008 and the whole nine yards, But SQL/Database stuff has been left till the absolute last, And it is very critical that I; as an IT guy, Keep this hellbox running long enough to do just that.
If anyone can offer any insight, It would be much appreciated.
That, or any suggestions or even questions would be great.
I love you guys,
-Cide
