Color temperature (is 100% RGB bad?)

I've been tinkering with my color settings on my display, and I've found that it all looks much clearer on 100% rather than on the factory presets (Which make it all look kind of shit, to be honest.)

Is it bad for the display to run at 100% R, 100% G, and 100% B?
