Color printer, 1000 USD budget

Greetings,

Our Marketing department is looking to replace an OKI C9300 that recently died. They've run with this OKI for 10-11 years and was high-end of its time. This is what they require:

- Network capability
- Duplex capability
- High capacity 500-sheet tray
- Must be able to print to 11x17 Tabloid page size
- Another tray for 11x17 tabloids
- Manual feed capability
- Be able to handle a variety of paper sizes and thicknesses (ex. card stock, index, envelopes, labels)
- Enough memory to handle PostScript and background printing

Budget: approximately 1000 USD

Suggestions for a good, reliable color printer?

Cheapest color laser printers that will do 11x17 are around $4,800 or so as of the last time I checked which was a few days ago.

There's no way they will be able to get a printer with those capabilities at that price range. What cyclone3d said.
