I'm having a strange issue, and I'm not really sure how to approach it. It's easier to see than to explain:

The left is another computer, the right is my computer. Often when there's a gradual change in color I'll get lines like this. The weird thing is that I can still see colors normally (ie I can see the difference between the two pictures) on my computer, the color problems just seem to happen in the rendering stage. Any ideas? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers and looking through the Nvidia control panel to see if anything seems like it would help, but I have no idea what else to try.

specs are:
GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD3-B3
Intel i5-2500k
2 x 4GB Corsair XMS DDR3 1333 RAM
MSI GTX 560 Ti
Corsair HX 650W
Crucial C300 64GB Solid State Drive
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
HP 24X Multiformat DVD Writer
HAF 922

OS is W7 professional 64-bit
