Color Correction/Display Optimization Wizard?

I'm looking for info on how to use the NVidia Display Control Panel to adjust colors and gamma on my LCD (2001FP). In particular, I'm looking for info about setting up at least two profiles: a normal day-use profile, and a night-use profile with reduced brightness.

What I'm not sure about is how the Display Optimization Wizard interacts with color profiles created with the Color Correction dialog.

When you run the Wizard, the last step involves moving sliders to set the gamma separately for each color. How are these settings saved? Do they override the gamma settings in Color Correction profiles?

And info on setting up multiple profiles for LCD day- and night-use would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
