Color Coded folders in Windows Explorer type application?

For Win2k, I'm looking for something that will either

A.) allow colorization of file/folder names in Windows Explorer on a per file/folder basis
B.) provide a replacement "Explorer like" program that will allow for such colorization

Does such a thing exist? I've googled away and found several Windows Explorer replacements, but none with color coding options

You can add a desktop.ini to each folder with the following in it:

[.ShellClassInfo]
IconFile=C:\WINNT\System32\SHELL32.DLL
IconIndex=41

this creates a folder with a tree icon using icon 41 in file shell32.dll
