Color Changing Case Fan

Has anyone ever seen a case fan that changes colors depending on input voltage?

I'd really like something that mimicked the design of the Cosmos fan controller. Blue for low, red and blue for medium and a red color at full 12v.

Do they exist? I swear I saw something like that back in 2004 when I built my first rig in a Chieftec Dragon but I haven't seen anything like it since.
