ok i have played cod4 since it came out and now the mult player is getting all f'ed up it whites out and give me picture in picture. but the demo and single player are fine. i tired reinstalling it but it still fuckes up
 
:confused:it wont happen if drop the setting all the way down but i can run everything on high in demo and in single player wtih out any problems. it just mult player it does this.

I hate to suggest this, but have you tried reinstalling. Their might be a currupt file that is causing this, or it could be driver issues.

Second, what video card are you using with what drivers?
 
drivers are 6.14.11.6921 from 12/07 i think and this is a fresh install of the game, but i did save my profile from the last install. and its only the mult player that does this
 
well i think i might have found out the problem. something is worng with my old profile cause the new one works fine. anyone know if i could repair the file or just have to start over again?

You could do the infamous level 55 hack. But i think its fun working your way up.
 
You could try finding the config settings in your profile and just deleting them. That might fix the graphical issues without erasing all your progress.
