is there anyone that has a high or very high settings in cod4? or is normal just another way of saying high?

x1950pro agp here and I can only get Low or Normal. I think there was a thread about this earlier. I dont think anyone can get above normal.
 
all i get is normal for a lot of options. it's not dependant on the system you have, just a different way of saying "high" i guess.
 
all i want to know is if someone out there has a high setting or not. is "normal" the highest setting?
 
texture details go to high and extra, all others are at normal for high.
 
There arnt any hardware restricted options if thats what your getting at.
