Can you play COD4 PC version with a controler (Xbox) controller? Could not find an answer on this one.

You can probably play with your toes, but why would you want to!?
 
Actually mouse and keyboard is a lot better, controller was a joke.

But with with mouse pick one with lots of buttons, for knife and nades
